The hotel provided an comfortable room with a cozy bed and an efficient heating system. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, and the staff was attentive. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of freshly made items, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. The business center proved useful for my needs, awesome for printing and meeting preparations without hassle.

Overall, it's excellent base for exploring Windsor attractions. Obliging staff and great and convenient location make it a great choice! There's cool Menchie's Frozen Yogurt just a short walk away from the hotel, make desserts etc. 100% recommend this place...

It was quiet and we could park right outside our room which made it easy to bring our things in and out of our room. The free breakfast was great and a time saver for us as time was a factor> Overall our stay was great no complaints and we would highly recommend this hotel!

I loved our room with a sliding door that opened to the outside patio! The cozy beds, and the mini fridge was super handy. Plus, the clean, updated interiors were a pleasant surprise despite the exterior.

The location was unbeatable - adjacent to Canada as well as the Devonshire Mall. The room was modern and airy and with coffee maker and a good bed plus wonderful pillows, had everything I needed.

The bathroom I had was quite small.

I was really pleased with my stay, especially enjoying the quick access to Jackson Park just a bit over 2 km away where I could take a leisurely stroll, and the delicious food options nearby like Cramdon's Tap & Eatery which was only 500 meters from the hotel. I appreciated how clean and cozy my room was.

Front desk staff was extremely accommodating and understanding. Breakfast was nice.

The beds were very comfortable. The place was quiet. They accomodated us by allowing us to check-in early so we could change our clothes keep an appointment. There was easy access to our car thru sliding door.

The queen room was spacious and surprisingly quiet despite other guests around. I appreciated the clean and modern decor. Having a mini fridge in the room was convenient for storing snacks! Viewing the patio from my room added a nice touch to my experience.
